Ozark, Mo. – The Maryville baseball team could not overcome a six-run fifth inning by the University of Indianapolis as the Greyhounds defeated the Saints 7-4 in the winner's bracket of the Great Lakes Valley Conference Baseball Tournament Friday afternoon at U.S. Baseball Park in Ozark, Mo.

Dalton Schumer gave the Saints the lead with an RBI single up the middle to make the score 2-1. Maryville added one more run in the inning on a bases-loaded walk to give the Saints a 3-1 advantage. The Greyhounds responded with six runs in the top of the fifth to take a 7-3 lead.
